We accept all major credit cards except Diners or JCB.

Overseas Online purchases

Non UK transactions are by Bank Transfer only for both parties safety, we are unable to take online payments.

Delivery information

Shipping within the United Kingdom

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard UK delivery – Free on orders over £275.00 via Royal Mail 2-3 Day Standard Service.

We use a trackable delivery service and to keep your order safe we’ll deliver to your delivery address only.

We deliver Monday to Friday ( we can deliver on Saturday’s, this will incur an extra  small handling charge )

Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

All UK orders must be signed for upon delivery.

Overseas delivery & charges.

Please note,  If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.  You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.  Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.  Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

What couriers do you use for shipping?

For international orders, depending on where you are located we use FedEx, DHL & Parcel Force

We reserve the right to use discretion in circumstances where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.

UK deliveries

For all UK orders, placed before midday we will attempt to deliver your order within 5 working days. Large items may take up to a further 60 working hours to deliver. Where it is not possible to meet these timescales, we will notify you and advise you of an anticipated delivery date.

Delivery address

All deliveries will be made to you at the addresses specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately ( if the item requested is temporally out of stock or just coming back into stock ), if this is the case we will inform you. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and hold /store the products. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit card/debit card for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 20 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.

Upon delivery a signature will be required to receive the order / package, you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.

If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than your own, a signature will still be required and the general conditions of delivery will remain unchanged.

Pricing.
We will do everything we can to ensure that the prices shown on our website are current & consistent, however sometimes we will need to change these prices up or down depending on the fluctuations of the market on any given day. Prices may change at any time without further notice, we reserve the right to change our product prices at anytime without further notice.
